However, it’s also important to take note of what your customers are saying about the food and service they received. With that in mind, we’ve put together a customer satisfaction survey for your city barbeque restaurant!

How City Barbeque scored on customer satisfaction

City Barbeque scored impressively on customer satisfaction in the recently released J.D. Power 2015 U.S. Customer Satisfaction StudySM. The barbecue chain earned a score of 759 out of 1,000 points, putting it in the top quartile of all restaurants surveyed.

The study looked at satisfaction among customers with six key areas: Food, Environment, Staff, Value, Speed of Service, and Cleanliness. City Barbeque excelled in almost every category, earning top marks for Food (879 out of 1,000 points), Environment (848 out of 1,000 points), and Staff (783 out of 1,000 points).

“City Barbeque’s stellar performance confirms that our commitment to providing an exceptional barbecue experience is resonating with customers across the country,” said CEO Tom Hartman. “Our team goes beyond the basics to make sure every guest feels welcome and appreciated – this satisfaction translates into repeat business and long-term loyalty.”

Highlights of the survey

The City Barbeque customer satisfaction survey is now closed. We received a total of 567 responses from customers across our locations! Here are some of the most interesting findings:

  • 93% of respondents would definitely recommend City Barbeque to friends and family.
  • 95% of respondents rated their overall experience at City Barbeque as either “great” or “excellent.”
  • 96% of respondents said that the quality of the food was very good, and 97% said that the quality of the service was also very good.
  • 98% said that they found the atmosphere at City Barbeque to be pleasant and inviting.
